What sort of nonsense is this? Surely the R&D is done only at the Quad U.K. premises?

Well, not actually, in the 'normal' R&D sense. This is not the precise intent of the title meaning here. I am alluding to the “research” into various odds and ends going on in the Quad Community right now. “Development” refers to the development of new techniques for performing old processes, to achieve a result to the original speaker specification.

What can you find in this section?
